Getting Started with EasyCRM

EasyCRM is a Slovak-first CRM system you can start using immediately – no credit card, no installation and no lengthy configuration. This page walks you through the first steps: from registration and your own subdomain, through setting up your team and communication channels, to your first contacts and the mobile app.

Registration and Your Own Subdomain

Registration takes less than a minute. No credit card required – you start on the free plan and get a 14-day Pro trial at no cost. After signing up you receive your own {company}.easycrm.sk subdomain, running a dedicated instance of the system isolated from other organisations. The interface is available in Slovak and English. On the Pro plan you can replace the subdomain with your own custom domain and configure a custom logo and colours (white-label branding).

Team Setup and Access Control

Invite team members by email and assign them roles with a granular permission system (Spatie RBAC) scoped to each team – each member sees only what they are allowed to see. Create your first sales pipeline and name the stages to match your process. Set up automatic lead assignment rules for sales teams. Then connect your communication channels: email via OAuth (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), WhatsApp Business via Meta WABA, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM or VipTEL for calls. Member limits by plan: Free 3, Standard 25, Pro unlimited.

First Contacts and the Mobile App

Contacts are added manually in the app or via the REST API, which supports 31 named scopes and enables automated data flow from your other systems. File import is not available. On your mobile device, install the app (iOS or Android) – it works offline-first, data is stored in a local encrypted database and syncs in the background. GDPR tools are active from day one: manage contact consent, export data in JSON format or anonymise a contact. Customer support is available in Slovak.

What to expect when you start?

: No. You register for free on the Free plan. The Pro plan can be tried for 14 days at no cost – a credit card is only requested when you switch to a paid plan after the trial period ends.
: File import is not available in EasyCRM. Contacts are added manually in the app or via the REST API, which supports 31 named scopes and enables automated data flow from your other systems.
: The Free plan supports up to 3 active members. The Standard plan allows up to 25 members; the Pro plan has no limit. Roles and permissions can be configured individually for each member.
: Basic setup – subdomain, first pipeline, invitations and email connection – takes about 15 minutes. Connecting WhatsApp Business or VipTEL requires configuration on the Meta WABA or VipTEL PBX side, which may take longer.
: Yes. EasyCRM is a Slovak product and customer support communicates in Slovak. Documentation and the interface are available in both Slovak and English.
